Agriculture obviously wouldn’t work without farmers, but it takes champions both in and away from the fields and pastures to drive Alabama’s top industry. To recognize this, the Alabama Farmers Federation created the Excellence in Agriculture Award, recognizing those who have made significant contributions to ag despite their farm not being their primary source of income. The Excellence in Ag award winners for 2025 are Josh and Bailey Williams of Tallapoosa County.
