The Alabama Legislature begins its 2024 session on Tuesday, Feb. 6. There’s a lot legislators are planning to tackle in this session, but the biggest issues will likely be school choice, how to handle surpluses in both state budgets, dealing with issues surrounding underemployment and gambling.
