Alabama Farmers Agriculture Foundation (Alfa Farmers) and Alfa Foundation (Alfa Insurance)

Alabama Farmers Agriculture Foundation scholarships are worth $1,750 and available to students studying agriculture or forestry at Auburn University, Tuskegee University or Alabama A&M University. Applicants must be member of the Alabama Farmers Federation. But with Member Perks, that membership can more than pay for itself in savings on items commonly purchased by college students!

Alfa Foundation scholarships are worth $1,000 and available to students studying at any technical school, community college or university in the state of Alabama. The applicant must be a Federation member or the dependent of a member.

Alabama Farm Credit

Alabama Farm Credit offers two scholarships through its nonprofit, the Together We Grow Foundation.

• The Young Roots Scholarship is designed for graduating high school seniors intending to major in agriculture, accounting, forestry, finance, or business.
• The Cultivating Leaders Scholarship is designed for students graduating from one of our resident community colleges with intentions of pursuing a four-year degree in agriculture, accounting, forestry, finance, or business.

Alabama Farmers Cooperative — 2025-2026 Academic Year

And it’s never too early to start thinking about college scholarships. While the deadline for scholarships from Alabama Farmers Cooperative for the 2024-2025 school year is already passed, AFC accepts scholarship applications year-round.
