A new building in Auburn boasts one of the best views of the city. Iconic Samford Hall, Jordan-Hare Stadium and even Toomer’s Corner are all visible from the rooftop of the Rane Culinary Science Center. What’s more, the rooftop is home to a vibrant garden. Edible items are harvested and taken down the elevator to be served at the ground-level restaurant, 1856. The entire place is a center for education — both hospitality and horticulture industries. And it’s a one-of-a-kind experience.

Find out what she’s up to now!
